Virtual Promotional & Advertising Opportunities
- Opportunity to organise an Official Non-CME Industry Session, 60/90, (Program subject to the approval).
- Includes live Q&A and IT support.
- Type of session- fully recorded, fully live or recorded presentations & live discussions is to be decided by the supporter.
- Metrics of the participants in this session included- live session, 4 days of congress and an overall summery of the total three months in which the platform was live.
- Permission to use the phrase “Official Symposium of the 12th International Congress on Autoimmunity“.
- Sponsored Symposia Programs will be included in a designated industry section of the Programme.
- Time Slots: allocated on a first come, first served basis – companies who secured their slot will maintain the same slot.
- Industry sessions will be clearly indicated in the congress timetable/Programme as: “Industry Session” not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering”.
- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section, on the event website and mobile application.
NOTE: The supporting company in addition to the support fee must cover all speakers’ expenses including registration fee.
- This also applies in the case where the speakers have already been invited by the Congress. In this case, the company will support the amount of nights as per Congress policy.
- Opportunity to replay your industry session in the interactive pre-recorded* format during the 3 months after the Congress that the platform is available.
- Companies will have the possibility to engage with new participants and expand the reach of their symposium by bringing their experts for a live Q&A.

For the first time in this congress, companies will be able to add content to our product theatre library, available on demand from the exhibition hall.

- Companies will be able to upload a presentation, up to 30 minutes long.
- The recording can be done by the supporter or by the congress.
- The sessions will be available on demand for three months.
- An “ask the speaker” section inside each session will enable companies to recieve feedbacks from attendees about the sessions.
- The sessions list will be available on the website and on the platform.
- Metrics will be provided according to GDPR.
Branding the virtual waiting room before your session starts is a great opportunity to connect with attendees and create antecipation.

ADVERTISING SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES
- Supporting company can choose to place their logo or product logo on the signage in the external lobby.
- This is the first entrance point of the attendees to the congress.
- The signs/flags will not be interactive.
- Supporting company will have their logo placed in once of the screens in the virtual lobby.
- A great exposure, as participants can click on the logo and be directed to the company’s booth or a web page.
- It is possible to upgrade the logo to include a pop up video or a PDF advertisment
- Metrics and contact details of attendees who agreed to share their details and engaged with the item will be shared
- Supporting company will have the opportunity to add a video/Advertisment as a document on one of the flags in the internal lobby.
- Video: By clicking on this video ad, a video streamer pop-up will show in the screen.
- Advertisment: By clicking on this image, a PDF/JPEG will pop-up in the screen

- The exhibtion area includes four advertisments’ locations: Two as roll ups in the front of the product theatre, two in the back wall.
- The supporter can use this space for an advertisment in the form of an image which can be connected to a video, PDF , internal or external HTML of his choice.
- Metrics and contact details of attendees who agreed to share their details and engaged with the item will be shared .
- Promotional material of the supporting company will be included in the virtual briefcase of all the participants as a defult.
- Attendees will be able to download it and email it to their personal accounts.
- One virtual live notification sent to all online participants through the virtual platform, to be coordinated with Meeting Organizer.
- Specifications will be provided by the congress organizers.
- The push notification can include an external or internal hyperlink.

- Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter. ”From” field will be AUTO 2021 SUPPORTERS
* In the case where the supporter cannot provide a compliant HTML file, they may provide an image and it will be coded to HTML for an additional charge of € 250. Content received after the deadline may be processed for an additional fee of € 500.
